{"id":11591,"date":"2022-11-25T13:06:25","date_gmt":"2022-11-25T12:06:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/exparto.pl\/returns-and-complaints\/"},"modified":"2023-11-13T19:48:30","modified_gmt":"2023-11-13T18:48:30","slug":"returns-and-complaints","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/exparto.pl\/en\/returns-and-complaints\/","title":{"rendered":"Returns and complaints"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Returns and complaints<\/h2>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PRODUCT COMPLAINT<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h5><span style=\"font-size: revert;\">1. inform the store staff of your intention to <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: revert;\">complaint<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: revert;\"> the purchased goods.<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>You can contact us in several ways:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Phone contact (phone numbers are posted on this page<\/li>\n<li>Completing and submitting the contact form available on the website at: <a style=\"font-size: revert;\" href=\"https:\/\/exparto.pl\/kontakt\/\">https:\/\/exparto.pl\/kontakt\/<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Send an email to: sklep@exparto.pl<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Our <strong>staff<\/strong> will help solve the problem and instruct you on the best way to make a claim (in exceptional situations, we only ask for a picture of the product)<\/span><\/p>\n<h5>2. download and <strong>complete<\/strong> the claim form<\/h5>\n<p>To speed up the complaint procedure, download and fill out the form available by clicking the button below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>(here will be a downloadable claim form to fill out)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Attach the completed goods claim form to the shipment or send it to our email address: <a href=\"mailto:sklep@exparto.pl\">sklep@exparto.pl.<\/a> Goods are collected from the orderer by the Seller <strong>(EXPARTO)<\/strong> by courier service, the cost of which is borne by the<strong> Seller<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h5>(3) Within 14 days of receipt of the claimed product, <strong>Exparto.PL<\/strong> will inform the applicant of the result of the final verification.<\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\">(4) The seller, after <strong>positive<\/strong> verification of the complaint process, is obliged to repair the goods free of charge or replace with a new one free of defects, or to refund <span style=\"color: #000000;\">if<\/span> <strong>there is no<\/strong> possibility of repair or replacement with a new one.<\/h5>\n<h5>(5) In a situation where it is not possible to exchange the goods for a new one, the seller shall issue:<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">When <strong>a receipt<\/strong> has been issued a <strong>return to the receipt<\/strong> is made <strong>.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">When <strong>an<\/strong> <strong>invoice<\/strong> has been issued <strong>an adjustment invo<\/strong>ice is made, which is sent to the email.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In a situation where the seller <strong>acknowledges the complaint<\/strong>, the refund will be made upon receipt of the receipt of the corrective invoice or return to the receipt.<\/p>\n<p>The seller will <strong>refund the payment<\/strong> to the bank account number provided by the <span style=\"color: #000000;\">customer<\/span>.<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\">(6) Warranty for products offered by <strong>EXPARTO<\/strong> applies only to latent defects or other manufacturing defects, affecting improper wear or use of the product.
