We have ball bearings, tapered roller bearings, cylindrical roller bearings, spherical roller bearings and needle bearings.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Equipment for: balers, balers, bale wrappers, disc mowers, rakes, swath tedders<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 700 !important\">During production, the following are controlled:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 700 !important\">Geometric dimensions.  <\/span>External, such as the outer diameter of the balls, the shape of the raceway or the cage measured using a special numerically controlled measuring machine, calipers and scanning microscopes; internal, such as the inner diameter of the ring measured using a CMM and inspection and measuring tools, i.e. two- and three-point feeler gauges, internal micrometers with an accuracy of 0.001mm<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 700 !important\">Hardness.  <\/span>Hardening of the entire workpiece after the machining process ensures uniform, very high hardness. Control of the relevant values is ensured by using Vikers and Rockwell hardness testers.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 700 !important\">Chemical composition.  <\/span>Even the best executed technological process will not ensure 100% quality if the input material is incompatible. Exparto checks the chemical composition at the very entrance to the factory to make sure that all subsequent processes will run properly.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 700 !important\">Microscopic and metallographic studies.  <\/span>Exparto, as one of the few suppliers, performs metallographic inspection after the hardening process of bearing working parts. The test allows you to examine the parameters of the heat treatment and determine the correctness of its implementation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">We will make almost any bearing <span style=\"font-weight: 700 !important\">in any class from P0 to P6<\/span>, from any type of material with the lubricant of the customer&#8217;s choice.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Exparto bearings will ensure that they can be installed in both new and used machines.
