The solenoid valve is an electromagnetic, slider directional control divider. It is used to work with manifolds as a divider to provide an additional function for construction machinery, front loaders - allows control of front loader attachments such as: bale grab, crocodile, When connected to agricultural machinery, it divides the second section of the manifold, thus creating a third section. The device prepared for operation with a pressure greater than 20 MPa when connected directly to the tank. If the operating pressure will be lower than 200bar, screw the 1/4″ steel plug from the supplied kit. The solenoid valve will provide full tightness only when working with properly selected high-quality components.

During production, the following are controlled:

  1. Geometric measurements of components such as the body or sliders to ensure full tightness (matching of seals) and no seizure of mating internal components. Micrometer and feeler gauges are used for measurements, as well as a coordinate measuring machine in statistical control.
  2. Solenoid valve tightness, flow and electrical system resistance measured at much higher than nominal straits

In order to extend the life of the slide electric dividers (solenoid valves), we recommend filtering the oil with a minimum of 25µm, and using HL 32 or HL 46 mineral oil. Recommended cleanliness of hydraulic oil 20/18/15 according to ISO 4406-1996 standard
