PRODUCT COMPLAINT

Our staff will help solve the problem and instruct you on the best way to make a claim (in exceptional situations, we only ask for a picture of the product)

Attach the completed goods claim form to the shipment or send it to our email address: [email protected]. Goods are collected from the orderer by the Seller (EXPARTO) by courier service, the cost of which is borne by the Seller.
(3) Within 14 days of receipt of the claimed product, Exparto.PL will inform the applicant of the result of the final verification.
(4) The seller, after positive verification of the complaint process, is obliged to repair the goods free of charge or replace with a new one free of defects, or to refund if there is no possibility of repair or replacement with a new one.
(5) In a situation where it is not possible to exchange the goods for a new one, the seller shall issue:
- When a receipt has been issued a return to the receipt is made .
- When an invoice has been issued an adjustment invoice is made, which is sent to the email.
In a situation where the seller acknowledges the complaint, the refund will be made upon receipt of the receipt of the corrective invoice or return to the receipt.
The seller will refund the payment to the bank account number provided by the customer.
(6) Warranty for products offered by EXPARTO applies only to latent defects or other manufacturing defects, affecting improper wear or use of the product. The complaint will not be accepted if the damage to the product is a mechanical defect, resulting from improper use by the customer.
(7) If the claim is rejected, all transportation costs shall be borne by the claimant .
PRODUCT RETURN

The prerequisite for the recognition of the return is to inform the online store service within 14 days of receipt of the shipment.

Remember, in order to return an item, you must provide us with its proof of purchase (e.g. VAT invoice, confirmation orders with a number or a receipt) and provide us with information about its number.

Enclose the completed Return of Goods Form with your shipment or send it to our email address:

3 Put the order number in a prominent place on the shipment and with the note “Return of goods”.
The information with the order number is best written in large numbers with a thick marker.
4. send the parcel to our address
After informing the service of the online store about the desire to return (withdraw from the contract of sale), the purchased goods should be sent to the company’s address:

Remember that the returned goods should not bear traces of use, and they are likely to be sold again – try to take good care of the shipment and the condition of the original packaging.
